We have put together a fantastic series of 1-hour teleconference seminars that anyone who has a phone, can access. We have called it “Snack Size” as it contains very tasty morsels of information to go with your morning tea or coffee.
It is food for thought that you can implement straight away into your personal and professional lives. The presenters throughout the program will make recommendations for further learning for those that want to delve deeper.

Rhiân Williams will be the presenter throughout this communications series. Rhiân is a highly skilled dispute resolution consultant and we are very fortunate to have her involved. She has previously been involved with FAAW’s “Creating Progress through Dialogue” workshops. These are some of the things people have said:
“The skills I have learnt and the degree of confidence I have obtained is just amazing - learnt new ideas on how to handle situations.”
“I have done group skills before, I was concerned this might be a repeat, but it didn’t, instead it value added.”
“I believe I can be a more effective contributor to change via the committees I sit on and through my own company’s advancement.”
“This is a great resource for rural communities and for women – very needed and very appreciated”
