What
Imagine getting to the end of your life and being able to say;
'I have created what really mattered to me. I have achieved all the things that were important to me. I can see what was not so important and why I didn't pursue it. I have no regrets: I am well pleased with how I have treasured the gift of life I was given.'
Many people go through their lives unaware of how much what happens throughout their life, they have the power to influence. The story of their life will reflect on who they became and what they achieved due to the choices they made and actions they took.
In my career I have seen people give up just when they were about to be successful. I have seen people blame others for thwarting them not realising they had the answers themselves. I have seen people come alive as they realise what is truly important to them and change course with great results. I have coached and mentored injured workers, professionals and leaders through the dark spots to get to the other side and realise their achievements. Many of these people achieved things they doubted were possible by using the principles and insights I am sharing with you throughout this program.
If you have things that really matter to you and you want to equip yourself to have the best chance of achieving them, this program will enable you to write the script that will give you that delicious sense of a life well lived.
Each week we will explore an aspect of what you need to know and how to do it to create what really matters to you. You will have something to work on in between each teleconference. By the final session you will have the tools and resources required to become the author of your own life and create what really matters to you.

4. Saboteurs - How to Attend to Them
Tuesday 27th April 11.00am EST
There are ranges of protective devices in the psyche and in our socialisation that can support or thwart us in the process of creating what we want. They can be quite elusive and illusive. You will learn about common saboteurs, how to recognise them and defuse or use them to assist you in moving forward.
5. Support Systems for Sustainability & Resilience
Tuesday 4th May 11.00am EST
Much of creating is up to you, ensuring you have constructive support systems around you will make it easier. How to deal with ones that are not is even more important. You will learn about realistic support systems and what will enhance your resilience.
