Lydia Valeriano
Communications Officer
Lydia Valeriano is a Virtual Assistant who runs her own business, Sabi Solutions, from her home office in tropical north Queensland. She specialises in marketing, web design and copywriting and assists various local and interstate clients. After completing her degree (BA) at La Trobe University in Melbourne she worked in a variety of industries and roles before heading overseas to live and work in London for two years.
It was here she met her husband David and decided after two years that she would pack up and move to his home town of Tully in north Queensland. While small town life proved to be a bit of a culture shock at first (Lydia grew up and lived most of her life in inner city Melbourne), she has embraced the freedom that regional life offers. Her remoteness was the drive to start her home based business and re-skill to operate in a virtual manner.
She is an active member of her community, has a one year old old son Jack, and plans to buy a small farm with her husband down the track.
